Many questions can arise when planning your dream vacation, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need. Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about booking, accommodation and much more. We hope this FAQ will be helpful to you as you plan your perfect stay. Booking and availability

You can book our apartments conveniently via our booking page. You can reach this page via the following link: Book now.

The following payment methods are available in our booking tool: PayPal, credit card, Giropay and Sofortüberweisung.

Please note that we cannot accept bookings by telephone.

Bed linen and towels

Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. You have the option to either bring them yourself, add them when booking the vacation apartment or rent them via our guest folder. You will receive the link to the guest folder by e-mail one week before your arrival.

The fees are as follows:

  • Bed linen - set: 12 € per person per booking.

  • Towels - set (1 shower towel, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths): 8 € per person and booking.

We would like to point out that we do not make the beds in advance, but provide you with fresh bed linen. This procedure allows you to see for yourself that the bed linen is fresh and carefully cleaned.

If you would like to bring your own bed linen, please note the following dimensions: Our comforters are 135 x 200 cm and our pillows are 80 x 80 cm.

Dogs

Dog lovers and their beloved fur noses are welcome in all our apartments. You can pay the fee of 5 € per night/dog either when booking the vacation apartment or via our guest folder. You will receive the link to the guest folder by e-mail one week before your arrival.

Baby crib

For apartments no. 1 to no. 3, a baby crib (60x120 cm) including bed linen and a high chair can be booked as an option. The fee for this is 10 € per night.

Minimum stay

All our vacation apartments can be booked for a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Check-In and Check-Out

Your accommodation is available for check-in from 15:00 on the day of arrival. One day before your arrival you will receive an email with a detailed description as well as your access code for check-in.

We would like to ask you to leave the accommodation by 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.

Handover of keys

The keys for your vacation apartment, you can take from our key box, which is located directly at the accommodation. This key box is secured with an access code, which is generated individually for you.

On the day before your arrival you will receive an e-mail, which contains a detailed description and your access code for check-in.

Upon departure, the key must be returned to the key box. For this you will receive an email again with your access code the day before your departure.

Please note that different access codes must be used for both check-in and check-out, and only the respective access code is valid.

Balcony and Terrace

Our apartments No. 1 and No. 3 each have their own balcony with comfortable seating. The vacation home also has a large terrace, which is accessible to all guests of the four vacation apartments. Apartment No. 2 is the only one that offers direct access to the terrace via a door in the living room.

Parking

Four parking spaces are available for our guests directly in front of the vacation home. The parking spaces are generously sized to make it easy to park and unpark. They also offer enough space to get in and out of the car comfortably and to load and unload luggage easily.

If the parking spaces in front of the house are full, you can park on the roadside. The street in front of our vacation home offers enough space to park your vehicle safely.

Bicycle cellar

The cottage has a cellar where your bicycles can be stored safely and dryly. There you will also find sockets where you can charge your e-bikes free of charge.

Internet/WLAN

Our WLAN is available to you free of charge in the entire vacation home.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the entire vacation home.

Cancellation conditions

  • Bookings can be cancelled up to 60 days before arrival.

  • In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, the guest will pay an expense allowance of 10% of the total price.

  • In case of cancellation in the 60 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the guest pays 100% of the total price.

  • The cancellation must also be made in writing.
